Here are some frequently asked questions. If you have any other questions please do not hesitate to contact us.

.  Who can attend?

Reviva Espana is open to everyone between the ages of 18 and 60 years old.

.  Am I too unfit or overweight to participate?

The camp is open to all fitness levels, and although we will be training as a group, programmes will be tailored towards each individual.

.  I have a medical problem/allergy can I still come on the camp?

When you fill in your enquiry/reservation form, we will ask if there are any medical problems or allergies that we need to be made aware of. If you are fit to fly and fit to train then there is no reason why you can't attend the camp. We may ask for a doctors certificate in some cases.

.  Can I come alone?

Yes. If you come on your own you have a great opportunity to meet new people and make some new friends.

.  If I book a shared room, who do I share with?

If you book individually and choose to share a room, you will be sharing with somebody else who has chosen the same option.

.  Where do I fly to?

The pick up point in Spain is from Alicante airport, so you will need to arrange flights accordingly. We will inform you of the recommended flight upon booking your place on the camp.

.  Do I need travel insurance?

Yes. We will need to see a copy of this when you book.

.  What is your cancellations policy?

If the Client wishes to cancel the contract, they must advise Reviva Fitness (in writing) as soon as possible, and will be subject to the following cancellation charges.

Date of Cancellation (from start date of camp)    Cancellation Charge (% of total fee)
Less than 6 weeks 100%
Less than 10 weeks 75%
Less than 14 weeks 50%
More than 14 weeks 25%

Reviva Fitness will always endeavour to fulfil confirmed bookings, but do reserve the right to cancel. In the unlikely event that Reviva Fitness cancels a booking prior to the commencement of the course, the Client will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

.  Can I do 2 weeks?

Some of our camps may run back-to-back and therefore there would be a possibility to do a fortnight away. Please contact us for further information.

.  Why do you only have a maximum of 8 people per boot camp?

We feel that it is important to give as much attention to each individual as possible to maximise the effects of their training. The client to trainer ratio will never exceed 4:1. This also gives us a much better chance to get to know each other.

.  What do I need to bring?

Once we have received confirmation of your booking, you will be sent a welcome pack explaining exactly what you need to bring with you.

.  Is our fitness assessed when we arrive?

When you arrive we will take various recordings of your current fitness levels so that we can monitor how much you have improved over the course of the week.

.  When do we start training?

Training will commence after lunch on the day of arrival. We will send you an itinerary detailing the entire week when you book.

.  How intense is training?

Our training programmes are designed to be intense yet manageable. You will be pushed to your limits to achieve the most that you possibly can.

.  Do the instructors shout and is the programme extremely regimented?

The instructors will encourage and motivate you. Everything will be done in a positive manner and no one made to feel intimidated or incapable of doing anything.

.  What if I get injured?

In the event that somebody gets injured, depending on the severity of the injury we will adapt your training programme to minimise any disruption to your week. All of our trainers are first aid qualified and competent in dealing with such situations.

.  Will there be time to relax?

Yes. Although there will be lots of physical activity during the week, it is important to rest as well. There will be downtime between each activity and every evening, during which you will get a chance to relax and unwind.

.  What type of food is served?

The food that we serve is based on a Meditteranean diet, which is proven to be the healthiest diet in the world. All ingredients will be fresh, and we will show you that healthy food can be tasty!

.  What if I'm a vegetarian?

Anyone with specific dietary requirements must make us aware of these before the camp starts. We will accommodate for vegetarians and any other specific food requirements.

.  Is this a calorie restricted holiday?

In order to achieve the agreed objectives set at the beginning of the week, we will set and monitor a suitable diet for your needs.

.  Is alcohol available?

Alcohol will be available, in moderation and in keeping with the diet. We will be highlighting the reasons why regular alcohol consumption is bad for you.

.  How can I be sure that I will get the results I want and that I will be able to stick with the programme?

Reviva Espana will make a change to your outlook on life. The training and activities while we are there will certainly have a positive impact on you fitness and health, and we will educate you on how to continue your development when you leave. Our trainers are on hand to encourage and guide you through every aspect of the week, so you won't be short of motivation!
